- Medical Degree (M.D) in the Faculty of Medicine from Yeditepe University
- His early career started at Acıbadem Health Group as a medical doctor. Afterward, he decided to pursue his ambition in medical administration and got transferred to Medicana Health Group. His strong business acumen led him to be assigned as Deputy Chief Physician and the Director of the International Patient Center in 2013. Besides, Dr. Erdoğan gained hair transplantation certifications and became Hair Transplant Surgeon, Medical Aesthetic Physician at the same time. Since then, he has performed more than 4000+ operations.

- Dr. Gökay Bilgin started his early career in Medical Park Health Group which is one of the well-respected healthcare groups in the region. He explored developments in aesthetic procedures; he gained his Medical Aesthetics and Hair Transplantation Training certificate. Joined Medicana Healthcare Group as Hair Transplant Surgeon, he was assigned as Deputy Chief Physician in a short period of time. Dr. Bilgin continued his occupation until he co-founded Smile Hair Clinic. Since then, he has completed over 4000 hair transplant procedures.

- His admiration for Medical Aesthetics was shaped while studying Medicine at Ege University. This passion, which has grown exponentially, was crowned with an honorary degree at graduation in 2012. He aimed to take his profession with the principle of a craftsman. In order to maximize his practice skills, he gained rich clinical experience in general surgery and emergency medicine at Ege University Hospital, one of Turkey’s most prestigious academic hospitals.
- He developed his advanced surgical techniques and approaches training in different public and private health institutions. Prominent surgical rotations were at Mount Sinai Hospital, the Recanati Miller Transplant Institute, and the James J. Peters Bronx Military Hospital in New York, USA.
