- In-depth admission consultation with Doctor
- Thorough physical examination with Doctor
- Heart rate variability test
- Comprehensive laboratory tests
- Pulmonary function test
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Skin screening by a dermatologist
- Analysis of mobility, stability and fitness by a physiotherapist,
- Functional Movement Screen (FMS©)
- Biometry and determination of body composition using DEXA
- Measurement of energy metabolism (indirect calorimetry)
- Dental hygiene at Dental Clinic
- Concluding consultation to discuss results with Doctor
CARDIO CHECK
- Consultation with a cardiologist
- Resting and Stress ECG performed by the cardiologist
- Heart laboratory tests
- 24 hour ECG
- Ultrasound of the heart (echocardiogram) in order to evaluate heart anatomy and cardiac function
- Analysis of the flow rate in the arteries (carotid duplex scan)
- Personal training (2 x 50 min)
- Cryotherapy/IceLab ahead of personal trainings (if no contra-indication) (2 x 15 min)
- Final consultation with a Doctor
At the end of the Cardio Check, your results are being discussed with your Doctor during an in-depth final consultation and you will receive a health dossier with specific recommendations to take home with you.
