Chi Longevity, a global leader in evidence-based longevity and health optimisation, has expanded its presence in Singapore with the opening of its second clinic at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. This marks a major milestone for the clinic, reinforcing its commitment to slowing biological ageing and enhancing health through science-backed approaches.

Evidence Based Longevity

The new 1,205-square-foot Chi Longevity clinic at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore will provide clients with tailored health assessments, utilising advanced diagnostic tools such as blood tests, cognitive evaluations, and genetic profiling conducted from within the hotel. These services will be available through Specialised Programmes (Gene Insights: Nutrition & Health, Biological Age Reveal, Body Recomposition, Glucose Navigator: Blood Sugar Analysis, Gut Health Optimisation, Sleep & Stress, and Physical Performance) as well as a la carte options, with pricing starting from SGD 1,800. The insights gained will be used to craft personalised action plans aimed at optimising clients’ biological, functional, and behavioural well-being.

The clinic will also be equipped with state-of-the-art technology to detect early indicators of cardiovascular risk, along with cardiopulmonary exercise testing to evaluate metabolic rate and oxygen consumption for respiratory health. For instance, the clinic’s new AGE Reader employs ultraviolet light to activate autofluorescence in human skin tissue, delivering a cardiovascular risk assessment in just 12 seconds. Additionally, bioelectrical impedance analysis tests will provide critical insights into body fat percentage, muscle mass, and body water distribution. A range of other tests will be available to evaluate clients’ epigenetic, inflammatory, microbiome, blood age, and cognitive health markers. Notably, changes in glycan profiles—biomarkers reflecting systemic inflammation and immune ageing—can signal potential health risks up to a decade in advance.

Professor Andrea Maier, Co-Founder of Chi Longevity, emphasises the approach that is adopted by professionals at Chi Longevity:

At Chi Longevity, we believe the process of ageing can be actively managed. Through a combination of genetic testing, blood panels, continuous glucose monitoring, and psychosocial assessments, we can identify and address age-related health risks long before they manifest. Unlike traditional healthcare, which often focuses on treating symptoms, our aim is to repair cellular damage, optimise organ function, and enhance both mental and physical agility.

Singapore: A Global Hub for Ageing Sciences

As life expectancy continues to rise, individuals are increasingly seeking ways to age healthily and maintain an active lifestyle for longer, driving the demand for innovative longevity solutions. This surge in interest has led to rapid growth in the longevity industry, with major global initiatives such as the WHO and UN’s ‘Decade of Healthy Ageing (2021-2031)’ and substantial investments like the Hevolution Fund’s $20 billion commitment over two decades. These developments highlight that biological ageing can not only be slowed but also actively managed and, in some cases, even reversed.

Singapore stands as a leader in this field, with scientists and clinicians at the Singapore NUS Health Longevity Programme exploring multiple facets of ageing science. The launch of Chi Longevity’s second clinic at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore represents a significant step in this evolving sector, blending evidence-based longevity interventions with a luxury hospitality experience to provide guests with personalised, scientifically-backed health optimisation programmes.

Peter Draminsky, Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Hotel highlighted the significance of this collaboration:

At Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, there has always been a strong focus on wellness and well-being, and even more so in the last couple of years. We are thrilled to share this new wellness space with guests, where they have the opportunity to prioritise their health and reconnect with themselves through an immersive journey during their stay with us.

Chi Longevity’s clinic at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is located on Level Three and open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, as well as on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
